        The beds are great and well built. Unfortunately, it arrived damaged, twice. We received our first set and it arrived in a box that was torn to shreds and the frame was scratched and gouged. We called customer service and they sent a second set, same situation. Need to work on the packaging and get a better shipping company.

                This bed was really a great deal for the money!! I put most of it together myself. I was looking for the directions to put it together and realized that I had to print them off of the hayneedle website...no prob. Great quality, great price. We have just had it for 7 days, but I think this will be in our family for a long time. My 21 yr stepdaughter just moved in, so my 13 yr old daughter has to share a room with her. Poor thing. Will definitely buy from this company again.

                Service and delivery comments:

                Prompt delivery. They said that it was going to be delivered between the 5th and the 11th..and the delivery guy called us on the 3rd to say he can deliver anytime. The only time I didn't like, was that they dont bring it in your house. This thing is HEAVY!! Definitely make sure you have some muscle power there to help carry it in.
