The Universal Twin over Futon Bunk Bed is a uniquely versatile piece of furniture, designed to adapt to your changing needs. The bottom level features a futon frame, which can be converted into either a couch or a bed. The upper level frame supports a regular twin mattress, and the futon frame holds a futon mattress. Mattresses are not included. The two levels are connected with a permanent ladder. This convertible bunk bed is an excellent space saver and features tubular steel construction with an attractive silver finish.

I didn't know what to expect, as I ordered it sight-unseen (I wasn't able to find anything like it in a store). My husband put it together and it seems really solid. Great space saver, as we have a small house.
