Comments about Imagine Low Loft Bed - Morgan Cherry:
Aside from the asembly, which took approx 4 hours for 3 adults (much less than the review suggested) the directions and delivery were set up well to install in 3 different pieces. However, there were some minor issues with the predrilled holes.
Some of the holes had the finish rubbed off in a couple visible spots, making it look used/worn right out of the box. Also, some of the screws, specifically the ones drilling down into the cross beams, would not go in all the way. This wil probably rip the bottom of the mattres, with too much movement.
Also, there were some pieces that fell once completed. Now these pieces did seem to be used as just spaceers, though it was not specified. For the price, I expected a little more but it still works fine so far.

Comments about Imagine Low Loft Bed - Morgan Cherry:
I bought this for my 5yr old daughter for Christmas. We decided to assemble early, just in case there were any missing parts.
Please note: assembly is not for the squeamish. We had 4 adults working on this and it took about 3 hours.
Good news: no missing parts. Bad news: two of the 1,174 pieces were damaged, one required some wood glue and clamping overnight.
Finished product: Feels sturdy. I have no worries that my daughter will break anything. Some of the top finished edges are pretty sharp, and since this is not real wood, we can't sand them down. We bought a std twin mattress, and it fits snugly. Will accomodate a 9" thick mattress. If you intend to hang a curtain (as shown in the photo), you'll need a 36" tension rod to mount underneath the book cubby.
