I purchased this bed from a local retailer for [$]. Prior to assembly, I was counting the bed pieces and hardware as instructed and realized I was missing a few wood dowels and screws. Normally I would have made big deal about this but I was so excited to get my daughter's bed up, that i just went to my local hardware store and purchased the extra hardware which cost a total of $8. Assembly was fairly easy BUT the instructions just show pictures. There are no words or tips when its needed. They are needed because a lot of pieces have an almost identical piece. I thought one of the pieces were identical and put the whole bed together. I realized the mattress slats were on the wrong way by time I was installing the ladder and front rail. It was terribly frustrating to unscrew the entire bed in order to fix that. Overall, it is a beautiful big white princess bed that my daughter loves. She's only 2 so the bed is a little intimidating to her but she absolutely loves it. If I had to do it all over again I would!

I do not have what I ordered yet.It has been almost 3 weeks and I was promised the bed in 2 weeks. If it is going to be 3 weeks then you should tell that when ordering. I would make sure that the item has for sure been delivered before you send an email asking for the review of the product.

This princess bed was so much more than we had expected! The quality wad unbelieveable! My husband and I put it together for her in under 4 hours. It looked exactly as it appeared in pictures, only better. Our daughter couldn't be happier. Excellent quality. Very sturdy & well made. She loved the hide away underneath almost as much as the slide! Well worth every single penny - and priced well, too. We would buy this again.

The bed is well made and absolutely adorable. It was a little time consuming to assemble (several hours), but my 4 year old daughter loves it and I am very happy with my purchase. The customer service representatives are very friendly and helpful as well. I would purchase from hayneedle again.

Our 3 year old daughter absolutely loves her new bed.. Was not difficult to put together, took about 1hr 30mins and is very stable.. Very happy with the purchase and the value for money.

I am a 34 year old mother, I put this bed together by myself in 2 1/2 hours!! Very good quality! My daughter is 7 years old and has slept in bed with her daddy and myself her whole life. When she came home from school and saw this bed she was thrilled! That was 3 days ago and she has insisted on sleeping in her own bed ever since! We are on night 3 with her still (of her own freewill) in her bed all night! This was a wonderful purchase!! Much better quality than some I have seen at well known furniture stores for a much better price! Thanks so much!!
