The sturdy, welded tubular steel frame is finished in a sleek silver color that can match any girl or boy bedding style. Four built-in bookshelves with metal mesh back panels offer handy storage for games, shoes, toys, and more. If your child likes to draw, write, or do art projects, then you might want to add the optional desk and round stool. The removable desk hooks onto the end of the bed, expanding the overall length of the bed from 80L to 94.25L inches. The tops of the shelves, desk, and stool are made of engineered wood and finished in a light-colored wood vinyl laminate, which complements the sporty style of the metal frame.
