About the Monster Bedroom Twin-over-Full Bunk Bed
This Monster bunk bed provides a durable, powder-coated steel frame for a boys bedroom. The chrome-plated inserts make this bunk bed look cool and rugged, while the charcoal finish will add a sleek modern update to any bedroom. A series of welded metal braces support the mattress and eliminate the need for bunkie boards or a box spring. Guard rails provide extra safety, and stationary ladders on both sides offer easy access to the top bunk.
The Monster Bedroom Bunk Bed is where ordinary youth bedroom furniture becomes extraordinary sleep, study and storage furniture. This bunk includes a twin-size upper bunk and full-size bed underneath. Made of heavy-gauge powder-coated tubular steel frames, textured chrome plated decorative inserts and chrome lattice end panel inserts, this bunk bed is ready to withstand the wear and tear of any youth environment. Some assembly required.

I almost bought a high-end wood one until I came across this. The box came with 6 large completed panels with ladders integrated and 2 small support legs. The setup was 30 min. with 2 strong adults. It looks very modern and high-end. Very heavy (50% more wt. than others) and No Squeaks! A lot breezier than wood ones with thick panels on the lower bed. It looks easy to disassemble if we need to move.

I purchased this bed for my daughter and myself to share as we converted from a 3 bedroom home to a 2 bedroom apartment. I was hesitant in selecting a bunkbed, as I had concerns of finding something with sufficient durability. However, once the Monster Bunk Bed was assembled, and I slept like a "baby" the first night, I was convinced I had made the right choice. I bought this item for my brother who is 17 and myself who is 20. My brother moved in with us so we decided to share a room and instead of going outwards we went upwards with bunk beds. These beds completely support my brother and myself and you can use any existing mattress with the beds. This is a good and sturdy heavy use bed for pretty much anyone. A solid A+ in my personal opinion. Hope this helps.
