We have it for my two children who need a bed and space because they room isn't the biggest. They bed looks great in a picture. But it has take so long to ship and now we have to wait for a broken piece to be shipped to even put it together. I just love watching my kids sleep on mattresses on the floor, with no room to play. Thanks

I ordered this bed set for my children, and it shipped out pretty quickly. Once the bed arrived and we took everything out, we realized that it came without ANY hardware, and the bottom part to the drawers were broke. I called the company and they said they would ship out the hardware and the bottom drawers. It will take 7-10 business days. Once they got a confirmation they would send it to me. I never received a confirmation number but did receive the parts 11 days later.
Once we started to set up the bed we realized that we once again were missing pieces. We were missing the track for one of the drawers. I called them and they said they will put in the order to their "drop ship" and would let me know within 24-48 hours and if they didn't have it then they would re-send me the whole box.
I would not buy anything like this from them again, where it doesn't directly come from their warehouse. It has been the biggest pain, and I have a bed half put together and pieces all over. It is ridiculous.
The bed seems great, sturdy (once it gets put together)and is great for my 3 boys!
